Your recourse is with the provider directly — just like hiring anyone. But we track every job and follow up for feedback. Providers who let customers down get removed from our network. We actively blacklist bad actors on both sides to keep the network trustworthy for everyone.

Those platforms sell your details to multiple tradespeople who then compete to contact you. You get bombarded with calls and still have to choose. Beagle does the opposite — we contact providers on your behalf, compare quotes, and give you one confirmed booking. No spam, no runaround, no fake leads.

We follow up after every job and track provider performance. Bad actors — no-shows, overcharging, poor work — get permanently removed. The same applies to customers who don't pay their fee. Our network gets more trustworthy with every booking because we actively remove anyone who lets people down.

Four hours max, start to finish. We give providers a 2-hour window to quote, then you get 2 hours to accept. If we don't get a reasonable quote in the first two hours, we extend by 2 hours and invite more offers. If we still don't get a good quote, we close it and move on. No one gets left hanging — not you, not the provider.
